PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Boron nitride ceramic nozzles offer several advantages:

  1. High Hardness: Boron nitride ceramics exhibit exceptionally high hardness, even surpassing that of common steels. This provides excellent wear resistance, allowing the nozzle to maintain high efficiency over extended periods.

  2. High Temperature Resistance: Boron nitride ceramic materials perform well under high temperatures, enduring extreme environments without significant thermal expansion or deformation. Thus, they are suitable for high-temperature spraying processes.

  3. Chemical Inertness: Boron nitride ceramics possess excellent chemical stability, resisting corrosion or chemical erosion. This enables the nozzle to withstand prolonged use in various corrosive media.

  4. Lightweight: Compared to metal materials, boron nitride ceramic materials are lighter, contributing to reduced equipment loads and improved operational efficiency.

  5. Good Thermal Conductivity: Boron nitride ceramics have good thermal conductivity, facilitating rapid heat dissipation to prevent overheating and ensure equipment stability and safety.

  6. Insulating Properties: Boron nitride ceramics demonstrate excellent insulation properties, effectively preventing the conduction of electricity or heat, thus reducing energy loss and safety risks.

Boron nitride nozzles have a wide range of practical uses:

  1. They’re used as electric insulators in vacuum systems.
  2. Boron nitride components are utilized in PVD, MOCVD, and MBE systems.
  3. They serve as nozzles in the nonferrous metals metallurgy industry.
  4. Boron nitride spacers are employed in glass melting processes.
  5. They act as insulators in high-temperature furnaces.
